Kate Gylten (she/her)

Kate views yoga as a practice of communing with the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of ourselves. She views the yoga mat as a space where we can observe our ever-changing energy and recalibrate our nervous systems. Kate leads a foundational centered practice and invites curiosity and playfulness through her use movement and sound therapy.

Kate provides Slow Flow & Sound Sundays at 6 pm cst.
