An event every week that begins at 10:30am on Sunday, repeating until May 11, 2019
In this 75 minute class practice the art of being, rather than doing. Emily will assist you in fully propping your body, allowing you to release tension and work through areas of resistance. Cuddle up with all the blankets, bolsters, and eye pillows you could possibly need. Classes will include breathing techniques, gentle warm-ups, and 3-5 Restorative yoga poses with a guided meditation during Savasana. All levels welcome!
