With Constie. 60 minutes. Mat Pilates is a great addition to a regular yoga practice as it’s focus is strengthening the core and mind-body integration. Pilates works with the deepest layers of muscles, which stabilize and support your spine and pelvis, resulting in a strong, flexible spine with ideal posture and alignment. This class is suitable for all levels and abilities.
