Several times a year, we offer a special restorative class that integrates reiki (energy work). In this 2-hour class, multiple props will be used to support you in various restorative poses. Additionally, throughout the class you will receive reiki at your feet or crown by 1 of 3 reiki practitioners at various times. Class ends with a gong bath (sound healing) which often drops people even more deeply into a state of relaxation. This is a perfect gift for yourself prior to the holidays.
