Monday’s Nourishing Flow 6-7:15 pm is half gentle yoga and half restorative yoga. This is a great class if you need to learn how to slow down; or if you have fatigue, anxiety, insomnia, or an injury. It’s also just a FEEL GOOD yoga class to relax your body and mind. You will feel nourished and cared for from head to toe!
