Over the course of two afternoons, this workshop will explore the practices of yoga that allow us to shed who we are not, so that we can reveal more of who we are: yoga nidra, vichara, and sankalpa. There will be lots of yoga nidra, several writing and self-reflective practices, and meditation. Open to all levels.
Yoga Nidra – sleep with awareness
