What is a breath workshop ?
Intentional breathing is a skill, and breath is the remote control to our nervous system. Our workshop will introduce and facilitate breathing to help us understand how we can leverage our lungs to live better. Leading to a stronger, healthier, aligned you. The session is guided through voice and music, resulting in serene peace and renewed spirit.
Dylan Hillyer is a former USFS Smokejumper and currently owns GoodWood Tree, a local Arborist company. A breath practitioner for many years, he has trained in environments across the globe, and loves his dogs.
