Joyce started her yoga practice as a way of improving her body’s flexibility. As her physical practice continued she noticed a connection with her mind and spirit as well.
She has enjoyed several styles of yoga practice over the years but the fundamental theme of heart and gratitude have remained strong.
She completed her 200 hour YTT in an Anusara inspired style with Betsy Rippentrop and Marsha Nieland.
Her classes are a blend of asana, breath work, restorative postures and meditation.
Joyce recognizes that yoga is not a destination but rather a journey to be embraced and enjoyed.
She looks forward to continuing that journey with all who enter her class.
