An event every week that begins at 10:30am on Sunday, repeating until May 11, 2019
In this 90 minute class develop inner stillness by first calming the body with Asana (physical practice), the mind with Pranayama (breathing practice), and finally, meditation to integrate stillness on all levels of being. This class has a significant focus on meditation and is based off of traditional, Eastern style Yoga teachings. All levels welcome!
