12:30 Mindful Birthing

An event every week that begins at 12:30pm on Sunday, repeating until February 17, 2019
This course was created in 2009 at Heartland Yoga, and hundreds of couples have had the Mindful Birthing experience. We are proud of the community of mindful parents that has been created.
This course helps expectant parents increase self-awareness and birth preparedness through holistic, comprehensive childbirth education focused on mind-body integration in preparation for birth.
Topics included are demystifying the labor process, coping techniques, birth plans, and postpartum and newborn care. Classes emphasize dynamic, hands-on learning and positive community building, and are appropriate for new and experienced parents with any birthing history or family structure.
