Please join Diana this Wednesday for some feel good yoga! Class will be a deeply nourishing, heart opening, and grounding class. This class will help you feel better in your body, more grounded, and clear. Class starts with ease on our backs with soothing stretchy poses and works up for some mindful sun salutations, standing poses to ground and center, twists, heart openers, and hips. Class will end with sound healing and a poem during final relaxation pose.
