This 60-minute yoga class is accessible to all levels from beginners to advanced yogis. Class will include an inspiring vinyasa-flow that will build on traditional Sun/Moon Salutations. An eclectic mix of meditation, mudras, and breath work will also be included. As always, modifications will be offered, and creating your own flow, at your own pace (i.e. skipping plank, cobra, etc. in favor of something more nurturing for your own body) will be encouraged.
As a psychologist and yoga instructor, Jackie is dedicated to helping you find freedom in your mind and body through a well-balanced practice that emphasizes both the mental and physical benefits of yoga. This class will leave you feeling like you accomplished a sufficient physical practice, while also feeling rested, refreshed, and ready to transition into the rest of your week.
