ShawnT brings an articulate, breath focused, and gentle approach to Hatha Yoga that seeks to allow redefinitions of strength, healing, joy, and self awareness. In the practice of fundamental asanas (postures), participants can expect a class for every body and will promote individual understandings of their body’s unique needs in an atmosphere of acceptance and community. ShawnT draws upon a lifetime of embodied learning, unlearning and intersections that inform and compliment their practice and teaching of Hatha Yoga.
