Beginning in October 2019!
This class incorporates gentle movement and flow with your breath. There is ample opportunity for turning inward and quieting the mind through exploration of postures, Pranayama (breath work), and meditation. A restorative savasana pulls the benefits of your practice all together. You will leave feeling centered and recharged.
