This class is designed to bring participants into a state of greater balance and harmony through the application of philosophy and resilience practices. Working with posture practice, fluid movement, breathwork, meditation, and personal introspection, this class will explore how we may find deeper joy and peace by allowing our own bodies and our practice to be a refuge and a place of healing and transformation.
