In this class, dynamic asana is practiced with pranayama, chanting, visualization, bandhas, and meditation as a way to increase the flow of prana (vital life force), calm the mind, and bring you more into balance. This is a Tantra hatha class designed to cultivate energetic balance, illumination and inner brilliance, and a remembrance of your True Nature. This class will explore how we may find deeper joy and peace by allowing our own bodies and our practice to be a refuge and a place of healing and transformation.
