This interactive, experiential class will empower you to:
- Improve your attention and focus on your academics, sports, music, or other performance!
- Better handle stress
- Get out of your head and enjoy life more
- Cultivate healthy habits to support you in high school, college, and beyond
Scientific research suggests mindfulness practices can help improve physical, emotional, and mental well-being, and support us in cultivating greater compassion for ourselves and others.

Payment of $250 (cash, check, or credit) secures your spot in the class.
