In this 8 week speciality course, Betsy will introduce you to the power of yoga as a way to create and build a more resilient mind. Anxiety, depression, and stress are rampant in modern culture and we have all experienced manifestations of these states. Yet through daily practices, we can re-member an inner resilience that already resides within and learn to more effectively self-regulate the emotional states that often derail us. This course is part lecture, but mostly experiential exercises and practices. Additionally you will receive videos and other tools to use at home to create a more consistent practice to elevate mood and find more calm in the chaos of life.
