Yoga Nidra with Fannie

Experience the deep deep calm of restful awareness.  The practice of Yoga Nidra has many aims – healing, restoration, cognition, activation of sankalpa, and in its most sublime – spiritual awakening.

This is the practice we all need.  Lie down, let go, and settle deep within yourself.  In these two hour sessions, the Yoga Nidra practice will be the main feature, with other practices like gentle movement, pranayama, self-reflection and meditation making supporting appearances.
