Living Into A New Story: A Multi-Session Online Series of Narrative Therapy Beginnings with Andrea Wilson
August 16th, 23rd, 30th, 12:00-1:15PM
How can we live into stories that offer us more joy, more space, and more freedom?
This 3-part workshop is an opportunity to begin to look deeply into your inner self and to discover the stories you live from. We are born into a story of ‘reality’ and isn’t long before society is forming our beliefs for us. Few of us reach adulthood and find time to journey into the big questions. Yet the true work of our lives may be to examine the stories we’ve taken on, to ask the great questions, and to seek our own truths. This workshop is a first step towards that foundation.
If you have ever felt your own depths and wanted more– more expression, more connection, and more agency over your own future–then join for an opportunity to bring those hopes into manifested realities. The journey is lifelong, we and we are ever rebirthing ourselves into something new.
Sessions include writing, internal therapeutic work, and the creative expression of possibilities.
(Participation can be live or you can receive the classes on video link and participate at a time convenient for you)
