7:00pm Kripalu with Jennifer

75 minute class. This class combines the hallmarks of Kripalu yoga, including gentle movement, breath work, and finding your self as highest teacher, with various meditation techniques. Jennifer is a 500-hour Kripalu teacher who has been practicing for 25+ years.

5:30pm Vinyasa Flow with Heather via ZOOM
