Our studio is currently closed for live classes.

However, we are still offering virtual classes that can be streamed online.

 Check out our schedule here. 

Simply click on the class you want to take, choose how much you want to pay, and then you will receive an email with a link that will take you to the class.

During this transitional period for our World, we are offering the option for a discounted class for anyone who wants it.

We are also offering a weekly Free class online every Friday at 4PM.  Click here to join.

Community

Heartland Yoga is a community of like-minded people who gather together to share this beautiful practice known as yoga. This community is inclusive and life affirming, inviting all to come and share our spiritual journeys. Our teachers deeply understand that it is grace and a connection to spirit that support the success of our classes. Students may be new to yoga or may have many years of practice – everyone is welcomed.

New students to Heartland can take unlimited class for 2 weeks for $25. This is designed to help you find a teacher and class time that works before committing to a 10 week session.

Heartland Yoga is on the second floor of the Plaza Towers building, the tallest building in town. Plaza Towers is located in the heart of downtown Iowa City next to the Public Library, where College Street meets Linn Street.
